Pulaski is a demo product. It is not an official county emergency system, not monitored by any sheriff's office or emergency-management agency, and must never be used as a substitute for calling 911 or following instructions from official emergency services.
In any emergency: call 911. Follow directions from your local sheriff, fire department, or emergency management office — not this application.
Demo data
Public feed data (NWS weather alerts, InciWeb fire incidents, NIFC perimeters) may be live where explicitly attributed on the page. All household profiles, dispatcher scenarios, evacuation orders, crime/permit/event counts, and civic-module data shown on this site are simulated for product demonstration unless a specific card is marked official with a source and timestamp.
Addresses, household sizes, pet/mobility data, and status examples shown in the demo are fictional. They do not represent real residents or real incidents.
Household registration
The household registration form (/sheriff/register) is a demo feature. If you submit information, it may be stored in a test database. Do not submit real personal, medical, or sensitive information during this demo phase.
Before any production deployment, Pulaski will publish a full privacy policy and data-retention schedule covering: what is collected, how it is stored and encrypted, who can access it, how long it is retained, and how to request deletion.
Government affiliation
Pulaski is an independent product built from a written first-responder and sheriff's-office spec in Custer County, SD. It is designed for county emergency-manager and sheriff/fire workflows but is not currently an official system of any government agency. No county, state, or federal agency has endorsed or authorized this product at this time.
